If you desire to check in earlier, please contact us to make arrangements. Check-out is 10 AM.

Departure Checklist: • Please hang all used washcloths, hand towels and bath towels over the side of the sink, bathtub or over the shower door. • Please do not move furniture without management’s permission. • Please bag all trash and leave in room. Housekeepers will remove. •Please leave us a list of anything that is in need of maintenance – loose handles, drain problems, lights not working, etc. • Please turn the heating/cooling to 70 in winter and 72 in summer • Please close and lock all windows and doors • Please return the key to the keybox if applicable. Please do a final walk through and look for any items you may have left behind (Jewelry, Jackets, Tablets/Mobile devices, Chargers, etc.) If we find your lost items, we can ship them to you, although it’s difficult for us to process lost items quickly during busy months. Note, we are not responsible for items left behind. There will be a $50 handling fee applied in addition to shipping cost for left behind items that are requested to be shipped.

Children: We are not set up to safely accommodate children. Treehouses are elevated and could pose a fall risk. Also, all rooms are all single queen size beds.

Rates: Rates are the same for all treehouses.  Current rates and specials can be found on our Reservations &Treehouses page.

Housekeeping: We do not offer daily housekeeping for stayovers, if you have a item request a housekeeper is available 11-2.

Guarantee/Cancel policy: If booking is less than 30 days out 100% is due at booking, if greater than 30 days to arrival, 50% is due at time of booking and remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.  to Cancel and receive a full refund you must cancel great than 30 days before arrival, if cancelation is great than 14 days before arrival 50% may be refunded.  We do not reschedule reservations once past the 30 day refund cutoff.  ​

Minimum Stay: A two night stay is required on weekends and special holidays.

Availability: Since we book up quickly, please make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We take reservations through the following year. Booking early improves your chances of getting that special tree house.

​

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the Treehouse; however, you may smoke on the outside deck.  Please request ashtray in advance.

​

Pets: We allow dogs under 50 lbs, it is a $50 fee per dog.  If you have 2 we need to discuss and approve first.  Important: Dogs must be crated if left alone, and waste must be picked up, if you your dog barks and causes other guests to complain, we may ask you to leave with no refund.

Parking: We have ample parking. If you would like to bring your boat, motorcycle on trailer, etc., please bring it.  We can even park your motorhome.  They will all be safe with easy access to your Treehouse.

Grilling: We do not allow outdoor grilling on the Treehouse decks.  Remember, you are in the trees and limbs could catch fire.

Privacy Policy

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.”

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited back to the card used within 7 business days in accordance with the criteria outlined in the cancellation policy stated above and less a $65 cancellation fee.
