Weddings

The Grand Treehouse Resort specializes in intimate weddings for six or less guest. Guests can arrive up to thirty minutes before the ceremony and depart after the ceremony and photos.

Although we do not offer reception services, we do offer wedding packages. Wedding packages include a Minster and Wedding Coordinator, flowers for your table, wedding cake and bottle of champagne or non-alcoholic wine.

The Grand Treehouse Resort offers Anniversary and Birthday packages too. More information and pricing can be found on this page. Packages are available as an extra option when placing your reservation. Let us know your beverage choice and other request by adding a special request to your reservation.

Marriage Requirements

You must have an Arkansas Marriage License.

The best place to get your marriage license is in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Western District Courthouse. Located at 44 South Main Street, Eureka Springs, If you need more information, please contact the court house at  479-253-8646 if you are calling from out of state please call 1-479-253-8646

Both the Bride and Groom must be present. You will need your Social Security Number and a Photo ID.

Your ceremony must take place within 60 days of obtaining your marriage license. Your completed marriage license must be returned to the Courthouse for filing as soon as possible to be legal.

  • Location: Setup and ready for your arrival, birthday packages are provided in your treehouse or on the deck of your treehouse (weather permitting)

Anniversary Package - $225.00

  • One Dozen Roses

  • Chocolate covered Strawberries
